Wow! Where has the time gone? It seems like summer was over in the blink of an eye. Now school is starting and before you know it, the holidays will be upon us. Can you believe it?
Between taking my sons to the pool and numerous family excursions, I’ve hardly had any time for scrapping. What little time I did have was limited to their nap and bed time, and truthfully, I’d often found that I needed a nap myself and bed time wasn’t long after my sons’ (sadly which was 8:30.)
Check out these wonderful sketches for a bit of scrapping inspiration. I hope they help cut down on your planning so you can get that big pile of summer pictures scrapped!

Design
note:
Lots of options for photos, journaling,
and embellishments with this sketch.
|
Sketch by Jennifer Wuthrich.
Editor’s Note:
Look at the two
sample layouts for this sketch. One has
three photos and the other has only one. It
is up to the designer in how they interpret
the sketch. Just another way to show how
sketches are so versatile.

note: Just a very simple design with a
great kit. I changed a purple paper to red
to pick up the color in my son's shirt.

Catz by Lynda Choquette. Supplies:
Digital Page Set: Whiskers by Kathryn
Gotta Pixel), Sketch: Jen Wuthrich.
Journaling:
Paul has always loved his cats. I think it started when Grandma and Grandpa found a cat that had nested with her litter
of kittens in their garage. Being the soft hearted folks they were, they brought the whole cat family into the house where they nursed,
babied and played with them. Nicolle and Paul were going there after school every day until I finished work, so they got involved in the
kitty lovin' process, and somehow one of the kittens got promised to Paul. Well, as it turned out, we ended up taking two of them, one
of which was Mumu, the beautiful part siamese pictured with him here. He had picked a little black one, but grandma wanted him to
have this beauty so we ended up with two.
