Some are magnificent works of architecture, some are small and some have just always been there, but when it comes to churches as venues for a wedding so many folk favour them. The word church comes directly from the Greek ekklesia meaning assembly, and no assembly is so grand than a wedding assembly.
When scrapping wedding photos, a great start for an album whether digital or paper could be a beautifully scrapped page of the church. From the grandest church such as West Minster Abbey (which incidentally is a church not a cathedral) to the more humble country chapel, you have to admit they make a pretty backdrop to your sacred ceremony. When planning your wedding photography get the photographer to take a shot of just the church, as a preface to your album. If you theme your pages then with the shapes from the venue and the colors of your wedding party you can harmonize the whole album beautifully.
