Card Corner

Jennifer Wuthrich

Hello and Goodbye are such common words in our everyday life.  I can’t tell you the number of times that I actually say those words everyday.  For each of my children, these words were also among the first words that they spoke, reaffirming to me just how often they hear these simple words.

Design notes: A clean and simple card just to say hello for any occasion!

Hello Card by Sophie Schoenhentz-Jégo. Supplies: Paper: American Crafts, Other, Stamp: K & Company, Button: Buttons Galore, Tool: Slice (Making Memories), Other: ribbon.

Design notes: The tree is paper pieced.  I stamped the image first onto the white cardstock, then repeated the stamping onto the patterned paper.  I then cut out the patterned paper image and layered it over the white cardstock, and added pearls to finish off the look.

Hi Card by Lynda Lindley. Supplies: Paper: Scenic Route, Flowers: Prima, Pearls: Kaiser Scrapbook, Stamp: Unity Stamp Company.

Design notes: I added buttons to the tree to give a whimsical look.

Welcome Neighbor by Jennifer Wuthrich.  Supplies: Paper: Bazzill, BasicGrey, Other, Buttons, Ribbon: BasicGrey, Chipboard: Maya Road, Cosmo Cricket, Tools: Cricut (My Community cartridge).
