Picnics and parades, sand and sun, fireworks and fun! It’s that time of year again. That means lots of opportunities for fantastic photos. I hope you are all taking the time to capture the memories of summer with a few shots when you go adventuring. Take some photos of the exciting people and places you visit. And don’t forget to take a few photos of the food, or even the mess when the party is done! Good shots or bad, happy or sad, they are all moments to be remembered. Design notes:  By reducing the papers in size, I came up with an effective blocking pattern to showcase my grandson's photo. I think it gives a pretty patchwork effect to the layout.

Design notes:  I totally loved the papers in this kit and this plain cream and the little floral papers reminded me of those beautiful old photo books. In this layout I wanted to keep that feeling of those photo books, but with a modern twist.
