Cosmo Cricket's Mr. Campy

Our designers were jumping for joy this month as we were privileged to work with the amazing Cosmo Cricket products!  For me personally, it’s always a joy to work with Cosmo Cricket as their product is not only fun and trendy, but it is extremely easy to use for scrappers and paper crafters of all different skill levels and styles.

Design note: I loved the Mr. Campy line!  Not only can you use the products for camping and outdoor pictures, but they really work well for just about any theme too!  My boys are very into Cars, so I was able to use the cars from the line and the fun papers to go with my photo.  I used my Cricut to cut shapes to look like traffic signs and added white pen around the title and photo to look like the white lines on the road.

Happy Camper by Michelle McClung.  Supplies: Paper: Cosmo Cricket, Bazzill Basics Paper, Chipboard, Rub-ons, Journaling Spot: Cosmo Cricket, Pen: Sakura, Zig, Die cut: George Cartridge, Cricut, Sketch: Street Maps Sketch by Michelle McClung.

Journaling: Cole this was a very special moment for you!  Meeting Mater and McQueen made you the happiest boy in Disneyland (as shown by the big grin on your face.)  1/08

Design note:

I really enjoyed how easily projects come together with Cosmo Cricket's Mr. Campy line.

The Great Outdoors by Janice Badger.  Supplies:  Paper: Cosmo Cricket, Bazzill Basics Paper, Ribbon, Rub-ons: Cosmo Cricket, Brads: Cloud 9 Designs, Ink: Clearsnap, Pen: Zig, Tools: Crop-a-dile, Sewing machine, Other: thread. Digital Supplies: FotoBlendz Clipping Masks No. 6 by Anna Aspnes, Software: Adobe (Photoshop Elements 5.0).

Journaling:  Neuse River Valley.  The view from the dam.  11-2008

Design note:

I adore the colors and patterns of the Mr. Campy paper!  The journaling card made the perfect frame for my photo as well as a spot to add my story.  I hand-cut the leaves from one of the sheets of paper.  The blackboard chipboard is so fun.  I decided to leave it as is so it would make a bold statement.

Outdoor Memories by Stacey Michaud.  Supplies:  Paper, Chipboard, Stickers, Journaling Card:  Cosmo Cricket, Buttons:  Autumn Leaves, Other:  hemp.

Journaling:  Nathan--you are happiest being outdoors, happiest being just like Daddy, happiest being our little helper.  On this fall day, you got to be all three of those things.  Watching you made Daddy and I smile.  Building memories.
