Welcome to Discovery Drive! Ready to take a cruise around and find a new neighbor? Meet Leah Crowe, designer of all comediennes! Leah’s sense of humor and good-heartedness really shows through on all her work. Love her fun and funky color choices. Love her off-the-rack (or wall?!) design concepts. Love her photo-taking abilities. Love the dimension on her pages. Love her fabulous bold and beautiful shapes! There’s just so much love for Leah. Congratulations, girl! You totally deserve a month in the spotlight!

	Design notes: I sanded the cardstock stickers to add more texture and interest on the layout. I also scrunched and crunched up some edges of the patterned paper to add depth and to create a faux look of more layers.

Journaling: I love the wonderment & look of love as Cameron looks up to you. 10/27/07 Design note: I wanted to dress up the layout and make it shine with some glitz. By adding the orange stickle frame around the 5x7 photo and the sprinkle of bling throughout the layout, I was happy with the results.	Guilty Pleasure by Leah Crowe. Chip VENTI frap. ~ turns a STRESSFUL day into a HAPPY one. Design note: One of my favorite accents here is the detail on top of the glitter flower. I cut out part of the swirl from the pattern paper and layered it on top. I finished it off with a piece of chipboard made to look like a brad.

Design notes: I wanted the photo to really stand out here so I printed this one out 9x4 and hand-doodled a frame around it. I went with a bright color (lime green) to enhance the beauty of my old dog and to invoke a feeling of happiness.

About the designer

My name is Leah Crowe, I'm married and a stay-at-home mom to three rambunctious children. Before leading the life of luxury filled with juice spills on the carpet and tripping over toys strewn throughout the house, I used to be a paper carrier. My family finds me witty with a lot of goofiness thrown in the mix. I still have the childish humor of a teenage tomboy, which I thank daily for keeping me partially sane. I've been scrapping now going on two years and have loved every minute of it. I love trying to use my products in new ways, and the bright colors I choose to use in my layouts make me happy.
