The Power of Words

February to me is such a fun month! It’s the month of Love…the month that Cupid can draw out his arrow and send a love spell that even the grumpiest of souls cannot deny…right? Well maybe not in all cases, but I sure do enjoy the feeling that the holiday casts on the month of February.

During this “month of love” I often reflect on my now 10-year marriage. I recall the day that I was wed and how much love I felt for my husband and how I knew it just couldn’t get any better than that moment. Well I am grateful to say it can. Sure, the everyday life stuff isn’t glamorous, but in those small moments of support and encouragement and small kind words expressing love… our love has grown to a much deeper love and appreciation for each other.
