On the Cover Dora

This Month we
challenged our Pit Crew to do the cover for
us and the battle was on! When all the
dust cleared and the voting was over,
Michelle's layout of her daughter starting
Kindergarten was the deserving winner.
We were all impressed with the way she chose
a picture from years past and made a
timeless layout using soft colors and a mix
of strong lines and fun curves.
Excellent job, Michelle!

Design note:
I had so much fun using the stickers and
papers to frame this photo of my daughter
starting kindergarten. I used the Crafters
Workshop template to cut out the fun shapes
to help liven up the layout and give it
movement. With a face like that, I wanted to
add some fun to the overall look.
