Autumn Harvest

This month we celebrate Mother Natures wonder that is the autumn harvest. The red, gold, rust, yellow, green and browns were made especially for the scrapbooker and card maker. The colors of the autumn harvest most certainly bring to mind Thanksgiving, but rest assured, the same colors work well for any type of layout.

Design note:

This was fun - love the yummy fall colors! I got my inspiration from the bottom left picture - I just took the colors and ran with them! I love the warmth of the yellows, oranges and reds, with a cool touch of green and blue. No wonder it is my favorite season!

Erin by Denean Mercer.  Supplies: Digital kits used - Kim Crothers Cardstock from Polka Dot Potato and Designs by Dani - Tropical Punch.

Design note:

Obviously when you see photo's of harvests and fall colors the first thing that springs to mind is thanksgiving. The rich colors of fall, the harvest vegetables, falling leaves each of these was the inspiration for this card. The bottom portion of the card is done on the computer using PS and printed out onto white cardstock. I really think the green text unifies the whole card.

Happy Thanksgiving Card by Di Hickman.   Supplies: Paper, DCWV, Boxer Scrapbooks: Ribbon, Boxer Scrapbooks: Chipboard, American Crafts: Font, Rage Italic: Adhesive, 3L foam squares.
