The
first warm breezes of spring bring the most
heavenly scent. I especially love opening all
of the windows in my house and letting the fresh
air in after an entire winter of having them
closed. My friends to the north have had an
especially long and cold winter, but I think
it’s over now for everyone! The cold, dark days
of winter have come to an end and the warm,
sunny days of spring have taken their place.
Time to celebrate; get outside and enjoy it!
The following sketch and layouts were from our March Crop. Check our calendar for the schedule of our monthly crops. Not only are they a lot of fun, but we also play for prizes!!!

Design Note:
This was a sketch created for our March
crop. It was based on an ad for phone
cards! I liked the design, and as you can
see, the following artists used it in many
different ways. To see the ad or more
projects made with this sketch, view our
Crop Weekend Gallery at ScrapStreet.

Design
note:
I created the title as a circle text in PSE.
I wasn't happy with the last word and its
placement, so I substituted it with a
sticker.
Journaling:
Matthew had so much fun at Ary's 3rd
birthday party. A princess party was
precisely perfect for this sweet little
girl!

Design Note:
This
is a picture of my youngest son and I wanted
to use colors other than blue, green and
brown (colors we all gravitate to when doing
"boy" pages). So, going outside the box, I
decided to try using the colors in the beach
towel - one of them being pink. I loved the
sketch but didn't want to over embellish it
because my pictures could not be cut down
any smaller. I decided to make it simple and
just doodle.
