What a privilege we had as designers this month to work with beautiful paper lines by Kaiser Crafts. After opening up my package this month and seeing these beautiful, warm, and fun papers, I headed over to the Kaiser Craft website to find out more about the company. Kaiser Craft is an Australian Company that has fairly recently started marketing their crafting lines in the United States. This was the first time many of our designers at ScrapStreet had the opportunity to work with Kaiser Crafts.

Design note:

I wanted to use mostly the Kaiser papers on this layout. I was thinking of different ways to use them and came up with creating a ribbon with a strip of paper on the bottom of the layout and a flower photo corner on the large photo. I also used my craft knife on one of the papers to cut out all of the flowers on the bottom.

We Love Lucy by Michelle McClung Supplies: Paper, Journaling Rub-on: Kaiser Craft, Cardstock: Bazzill, Pen: Sakura, Fonts: George, Opposites Attract for the Cricut, Other: Brads.

Journaling: There is nothing wrong with your heart, Lu! You are the sweetest ever. -9 weeks old.

Design note: The colors and designs of the patterned paper are so feminine and pretty. I handcut the flowers from a sheet of paper and used buttons in each center. I stitched around the edges of one flower to add dimension. One of the pieces of paper had strips of different patterns. I cut it into individual strips and then stacked several to create the borders near the photo.

2 Day by Stacey Michaud Supplies: Paper: Kaiser Crafts, Cardstock: Bazzill Basics, Chipboard Letters: American Crafts, Photo Corner: Heidi Swapp, Sticker Letters: Heidi Grace, Buttons: Autumn Leaves, Other: Ribbon, Floss.

Journaling: Today we celebrated your second birthday with friends & family. Today I celebrated you. I watched as you laughed and played. I admired your spirit and sensed your presence. It was your birthday, but today, I felt like the one receiving all the gifts.

Journaling: Whatever you are, be a good one. – Abraham Lincoln

Whatever you are by Terry McAuliffe Supplies: Paper: Kaiser Crafts, Cardstock: Die Cuts with a View, Chipboard: Fancy Pants, Ribbon: Maya Road, Ink: Close to My Heart, Pen: Glaze, Bling: Heidi Swapp.
