On vacation yet? I hope wherever you are, you are celebrating

In America you have your July 4th holiday and here in France we have Bastille Day. I have to say America seems to really pull out the stops though, with all their 4th of July ceremonies, pageants and displays.

Digital Templates are GREAT for putting pages together so quickly. This one has lots of white space, but an interesting ‘wave’ to it.

Design note:
I chose to use one simple photo of my son’s first JR FFA experience, where he learned about responsibility. I slanted the photo to the edge for interest and to allow lots of white space and then used a variety of stars to emphasize the patriotic feel I was after.
