Pet Park

Michelle Boeckermann

A simple expression can say a thousand words. These pets have expressions to warm any heart and you can tell by their faces that they are loved. As an avid dog lover, sometimes you can see a dog, and it’s just a dog, happy go lucky, sad and lonely, mean and fierce. Capturing those moments of bliss, questioning, or just that everyday love of life can be tricky for us. These layouts say oodles when it comes to just a glance. Have you caught the expressions on your pet's face lately? Take a minute before you click the button on your camera and focus in on not what they are doing, but how they are feeling. Does is show? Then scrap it! It truly does make for a memorable scrap page in threefold compared to pictures of them just doing things. So let the expressions guide you and enjoy capturing the moment in the “look”.

Design note: Who could resist the look on this darling's face?  Add a little text to your photo before printing.

am I Adopted? By Cheryl Baase. Supplies: Paper: Zsiage, Cardstock: Worldwin, Chipboard Letters: Zsiage.

Design note: A few dots with your marker can add interest and move the eye along the page.

Mister Quido by Nancy Jones. Supplies: Paper: BasicGrey, Chipboard: Magistical Memories, Stickers: BasicGrey, Ribbons: Offray, BasicGrey, Love Elsie, Paints: Making Memories, Other: Cricut Cartridge Base Camp, Sharpie.

Design note: There was no dog bone paper so I took one of the embellishments tags, added a drop shadow to it, duplicated it and then spread it across a piece of the grey paper. When I had it arranged to my satisfaction, I cut out a strip and added it to the page.
