Aunt Digi here, back from a surfing safari.
Well not a literal surfing safari but a great
surfing on the web adventure. Bringing gifts
from afar and lots of interesting links to sites
that will interest you. Freebies in abundance
and plenty info to keep you busy practicing your digi techniques.
One of the first places I stopped off was when
looking for freebies to use in my digital scrap
booking. Of course most sites offer free bits
and samples but here is a free digital kit to
suit all tastes each month at
www.scrappindigikreations.com. Each month
the designers make a mini kit and each is
released over the month and there is also for a
limited time the previous month's kit. Take a
look on the blog and there is more in the way of
freebies and sample kits.
Looking for resources for your own graphic
program? Brushes abound on the Internet but
isn’t it nice to know you have permission to use
them in a commercial venture as well as for
personal use? Here is a list of a few that
will give permission for commercial use, just
remember to read the terms.
Some fantastic brushes here... Terms of Use (TOU)
seem to be "use for anything", but give a link
back on web page or in tou.

There are such a lot to choose from at
DeviantArt, but make sure you read the TOU very
clearly. In some cases there is no TOU. Treat
these with caution for commercial use. Email the
brush maker.
