Pet Park

Michelle Boeckermann

When it comes to celebrating Christmas with our furry friends, we can't forget all the antics that happen. From their interest in the holiday decorations (think of kittens playing in a tree) to our "involving" them by putting cute hats or reindeer ears on their heads. It's part of the magic of Christmas and sharing it with our pets comes naturally. Enjoy a few moments captured by our readers who are having fun during these holiday times with their pets!

Editor's note:

I love the whimsical use of fun papers to play up finding a cute kitten having a romp in a tree.

Snowbell in the Tree by Linda Carlson. Digital Supplies: Papers, Stars from Holiday Sparkle by Cori Gammon (Elemental Scraps), Frame, Bell, Word Art from Jingle Jangle by Melissa Bennett, Button from Mistletoe by Melissa Bennett (Sweet Shoppe Designs).

Design note:

Clean and simple, love the style, it's just simply timeless. This style works so well for digital pages too!

Happy Holidogs by Di Hickman. Supplies:  Jolly Holidays kit by April Staker (Plain Digital Wrapper), Fonts: Bitstream Vera Sans, Euphorigenic.

Journaling: Despite what the face may say, River doesn't mind the hat so much. She gets a few treats for sitting nice and for her, food is the soul being of her existence. I do sometimes feel like a bad doggy momma putting these outfits on my dogs for the sake of a photo. BUT at the same time, it's totally worth it for shots like this one!

Editor's note:

Finding a kitten in the tree is nothing out of the normal for Robin. She scraps her pretty little kitten beautifully in soft pinks as it blends in with her Christmas decor.

Christmas Surprise by Robin Wade.  Supplies : Paper: My Mind's Eye, Cardstock: Bazzill Basics Paper, Tools: Cricut (Base Camp), Other: gems.
