 Michelle McClung

In February,  the much anticipated winter CHA trade show was held in Anaheim, California.  A lot of new scrapping products were introduced there which are soon going to be finding their way into the stores.  Which for me means those products are soon going to be finding their way into my house and unfortunately I’ve officially outgrown my scrap room.  Things stuffed here, there, and everywhere.  Getting rid of supplies is not an option- you all know how that is?  You might need it someday!  Since my husband said “NO” to a new house, I figured the only way to control the chaos is by carefully thought out organization.

Design note: I found an ad that was running in the Barbados newspapers and created this sketch around it.  I loved the balance of it and thought it would make a nice scrapbook page.

Barbados Crop Sketch by Michelle McClung.

Editor's note: The wave pulls your eye right across the pictures and then to the title.

Sledding by Michelle Boeckermann. Supplies:  Digital Kit: Holiday Sampler by Shabby Princess, Felt, Stitch Actions: Atomic Cupcake, Fonts: Charlie, Fretline.

Journaling: Just like a child. You had to be the first one down to show the kids "How it's done".

Editor’s Note:  I love Lisa’s take on the sketch.  She kept it simple to keep the beautiful photograph as the focus and as a result is very elegant.

So in Love by Lisa Peppers.  Supplies:  Digi Kit: Jennifer Howland’s Designer Sample Kit from Digi Chick, Photo: by me of Jeff and Joline Clemmens in May 2006.

Journaling:  I’m so in love, every time I look at you my soul gets dizzy.
