One favorite embellishment of many scrapbookers is chipboard.  This versatile medium comes in every shape, size and color you can imagine. Different size flowers, hearts, stars… the shapes go on. But that’s not all they come in, let’s not forget chipboard letters, numbers, and punctuation.

Organizing chipboard can be a challenge. Searching through a bag of every letter in the alphabet just to find that you don’t have what you needed, or searching for that perfect flower to finish off your layout can be a chore. So if you are searching “hours” through your non-organized chipboard collection, I have some organizing ideas for you to try. Whatever way you choose to organize your chipboard, you will see how much more time you’ll have to start another layout.

Plastic Scrapbook Supply Organizer by Organize-it-online.com

This embellishment case is made of durable plastic with adjustable dividers to allow you to store items big and small.  Compact, they stack for easy storage and can travel with you to crops.  Measures 14.25"W x 14.4"H x 1.6"D and cost is around $8.00 each.

Store in Draw Cabinet by ArtBin

Want to see your chipboard and other small goodies?  Store them along the edge of your desk or mount them on a wall with these fabulous bins.  Available in small and medium drawer styles which can be further divided for added storage.  Measures 14.375 x 6 x 8.375 inches and will cost $20-25 per unit.

Lazy Letters by Across the Street

This fun tote organizer comes with individual containers which slide out already labeled with the alphabet perfect for all of those chipboard letters your are collecting.  Includes hand or shoulder strap for traveling scrappers.  Bag approximately 15” x 11” x 3.5” and will retail for around $65.

All it takes to get organized with new enthusiasm is desire. So, sort your way to more space this month and stop by next month for more ideas. We’ll clean up together.
