How do you celebrate it? Trick or treating? Parties? Community events? How about going out to see the Great Pumpkin? All projects welcome for this fun call! Dress up not only you but your pages! Make that Halloween papers and embellishments pop off the page at us…OOOO Spooky!
Apples: An apple
a day keeps the doctor away. It’s also one
of the most popular snacks in America. From
home décor to a simple moment of enjoying
the bounty of fall, apples are a symbol of
warmth and comfort.
Go Urban:
Grunge, graffiti and all the in between,
show us what you do when your feeling the
mood to scrap under the tracks!
Inspiration from
products: layouts about anything, but
show us the inspiration from an item online
or off! What catches your eye and says “That
would be perfect for…”
Tiny Treasures:
Mini-albums are everywhere these days and come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. Share your mini-album with us! For your submission, include a photo of the cover and three of your favorite pages. Additional pages may be requested upon acceptance for publication.
Design Square:
Dominance. Dominance relates to varying
degrees of emphasis (or point of focus) in a
design. In your submissions please explain
how you created your focal points - the
locations which most strongly draw the
viewer’s attention - on your layouts.
Card Corner:
Time to
get Spooky with it! Time to work on those
Halloween greetings for all ages!
Be Chic:
Bubble
wrap is not just for packing your fragile
items... it's for stamping and crafting as
well. Let's see how you are using bubble
wrap to enhance your layouts!
Pet Park:
Costumes:
Come on you know you love to dress that pet
up! Show us your best Halloween garb on your
furry or not so furry friend!
Hybrid:
Are you
a Hybrid Heroine? Show us those layouts
containing hybrid techniques or products.
Cards, layout, altered items, we would love
to see it all!
The Open Road:
Showcase your journaling! Usually journaling
comes from your own point of view. How about
gathering the point of view of your spouse,
friend, child, etc... Share your layouts
with simple or expanded journaling from
someone else’s point of view--be sure to
specify who is telling the story when you
submit your work!
Street Maps:
Every weekend we have sketches put up for
you to work with. Stop on down at Town
Square in our forums and check them out. You
could end up on the "Map".
